2025 Veterinarian Checks for All Exhibitors

Animal Check-In Schedule 

Animals must not mingle or go beyond their trailers until they are checked by the vet. This includes wash racks, stalling areas, arenas etc. 

All Open Class Livestock, Poultry, Rabbits if also showing as 4-H Livestock Veterinarian Checks

Wednesday, July 9th- 8am-Noon.

  • Trailers will stop on the blacktop between small and large arenas. 
  • Cattle will be checked while they are unloaded and led into the barns/washracks. 
  • All other livestock will be checked on their trailers prior to unloading, 
  • Rabbit & Poultry exhibitors must bring their animals to the area between the large and small arena before unloading their animals in the rabbit/poultry barn. 
  •  Poultry Exhibitors: Have your Pullorum papers in hand at check-in.            
  • Early check-in will not be allowed. Open Class and 4-H livestock staying through the fair must arrive between 8am and Noon on Wednesday, July 9th.
  • Open Class Dairy Exhibitors staying for 4-H will be checked on Tuesday upon arrival and do not need to be rechecked if staying on grounds. (see below)

Tuesday, July 8th-Open Class Dairy Show- 1:30-4:30pm

Wednesday, July 9th- Rabbit & Poultry Entry Day- 8am-Noon (with 4-H)

Saturday, July 12th- Open Class Beef Show:  11am-Noon

Saturday, July 12th – Open Class Sheep:  3:00 – 4:00 pm
